We are a Group of providers of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
ABA is a psychological treatment that helps people change behaviors.
ABA is often used to treat people with autism and other developmental disorders.
ABA uses techniques like positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
It discourages undesired behaviors by ignoring them or not reinforcing them.
ABA focuses on learning how the environment and consequences influence actions.
BCBA’s and BCaBA’s as well, conduct sessions of assessment and therapy, with modification of therapy protocols when needed to improve service plans for the best results of treatment.
BCBA’s and BCaBA’s also conduct sessions of Family Training for parents and caregivers who will learn how to promote generalization of learned skills across environments and significantly improving the child overall progress by ensuring consistent reinforcement and management strategies outside of therapy sessions.
RBT’s conduct direct therapy sessions following protocols in the service plan. They are responsibles for the day by day care and progress of children under the supervision of BCBA’s and BCaBA’s.
